Auto Rig Pro is a all-in-one solution for binding characters, repositioning animation, and providing Fbx export for Unity and Unreal Engine. Originally developed as my own internal assembly tool, I released it a few years ago, and since then many new features have been added.

Plug in features:
An automatic bone placement solver based on mesh recognition of biped characters. Supports asymmetric models.
The Edit Reference Bones feature allows you to change the rig at any time. If the bone is not where you want it, you don’t need to redo everything.
The Use Pose as Rest Pose feature lets you quickly change a character’s rest pose, align the reference bones on it and click to apply the armature modifier
Modular: Install on demand only. Fingers, toes, ears, breasts, adjustable spine, neck, twisted bones, tail and neck bones… copy, remove limbs to bind creatures with multiple arms and legs.
Automatic finger rotation option: bend when scaling the first phalanx, predefined fist pose
